Developed specifically for the non-financially minded, this session will address some common misconceptions about responsibility, identify who is responsible and highlights the questions you should be asking. You will also be provided with an overview of the documents typically used.
This session will be presented by independent consultant David Link. David has worked with a large number of third sector organisations, helping them with governance and activity planning and delivery.
