Many people need medical care that can’t be delivered at their home – this could be physiotherapy, occupational therapy, or just time in a medical setting. This is intermediate care.
This year, Dumfries and Galloway Health and Social Care is engaging to gather views about intermediate care in the region and is launching Right Care, Right Place – an engagement programme which will hear from as many people as possible.

You can drop into the engagement events at any time while they are open and take as much time as you need to learn more. If you want to share your views and participate in more structured discussion about intermediate care, there will be focus groups running at all events. Each focus group session will run for an hour, and the first one will start one hour after the event opens.
