Family Support Worker

Family Support Worker will provide short term, intensive support working directly with families within their own homes or in the community. Working with the family and other partner agencies you will help to strengthen parent & child relationships, reduce isolation, support physical & mental health of parents & children, increase access to family services, help develop parenting skills, as well as deliver evidence based learning programmes in both group and home setting. Families supported will have at least one child 0-2 years of age
