The primary purpose of this post is to work as part of the Trust’s Executive team (Director, Grants and Learning Manager, and Finance and Operations Manager) and with other staff members, to oversee, develop and support the financial, administration and compliance processes of the Trust to ensure an efficient and high-quality charitable operation.
The postholder will work closely with the Trust’s Executive team (Director and Grants and Learning Manager), and other staff members, to manage,
co-ordinate and when necessary, develop the Trust’s operations, including the administration, finance and compliance systems and policies.
The Trust’s office is located at Hestan House, Crichton Business Park, Bankend Road, Dumfries. The Trust currently offers hybrid working of a 50 / 50 split between homeworking and office based. You will be required to travel to attend meetings and events etc. and visit funded organisations.
