We have a vacancy for a part-time position for a General Adviser. The General Adviser will play a key role in the delivery of a multi-channel general advice service in the at various outreach locations in Mid Galloway and Wigtown West and in Stranraer Bureau. The successful applicant will have excellent oral and written communication skills. A sound knowledge of welfare benefits will be an advantage; however, training can be provided to the right person via our inhouse training package. Experience of, and/or qualifications at, SCQF level 6 is desirable.
