Lead for Children and Families

We are looking for a colleague who is passionate about the best start for all our children, the importance of community-led support around families and who recognises the essential role the third sector plays in achieving positive outcomes for people across Dumfries and Galloway. You will lead our portfolio of work across childhood, family support and wellbeing, working with colleagues in third, public and private sectors, with the Children’s Services Partnership and national stakeholders. The successful candidate will enjoy building new relationships, be keen to address inequity and create opportunities, and be able to effectively lead collaborative working.
