Project Support Worker, Castle Douglas

We are looking for an enthusiastic, empathic person with a passion for supporting people living with mental illness and poor mental health to join Change Mental Health and help us continue to deliver excellent mental health services through our resource centre in Castle Douglas.

As a Project Worker, you’ll be responsible for facilitating group work and some one-to-one work to help improve the health and wellbeing of people affected by mental illnesses. You’ll work directly with service users who require immediate or ongoing emotional or practical support to deliver the best possible outcomes. You’ll contribute to personal planning with individuals but I am not responsible for those plans or reviewing progress against those plans.
