An interest in the restoration of aircraft, engines, and other historical objects would be advantageous. Skills in engineering, woodwork, property maintenance would be useful. Ability to work as part of a team.
To keep exhibits in good order routine restoration and maintenance work is undertaken both on aircraft, the buildings and displays. If you have good basic DIY skills or a woodworking/engineering background this may be the role for you.
