The service supports young people between the ages of 16-25 who are facing challenges related to homelessness. The service strives to support and empower young people to meet their full potential and reach their goals. We work alongside young people to help turn a house into a home and provide the tools to enable them to sustain their homes independently.……Could you be a positive role model for a young person? We are looking for people with life experience and a genuine interest in supporting young people, mentoring them to gain further independence, build confidence, self esteem and learn daily living skills.
