The Tour Guide’s role is to deliver a memorable and enjoyable guided tour of the theatre, including backstage areas. The key duties are:
• Lead visitors around all areas of the theatre through a 1-hour long guided tour
• Follow the script, (there are currently 2 different scripts ; one focussing on Robert Burns and the early history of the theatre, and the second on JM Barrie and 20th century story of the theatre)
• Respond to visitor questions and feedback in a friendly and efficient manner.
