Our community garden is run entirely by volunteers; we grow fruit, vegetables and flowers which we distribute free of charge to the local community. We also hold gardening sessions for our local primary school and run a young gardeners club.
The garden also holds community events and has an outdoor kitchen with pizza oven and BBQ.
We are looking for volunteers to help at events in a very varied role, whether that be helping with catering, running a stall, organising attendees or just generally helping with all the little jobs that help an event to run smoothly. We welcome creative people who can help our small team come up with inclusive ideas for events for the local community.
